AID-BAG DESIGN.
COMPACT FOOTPRINT.
Customizable medical organization. Overbuilt to be used, reused, and relied on for years.
THE FUNCTION OF AN AID BAG.
THE SIZE OF A FIRST AID KIT.
Six dedicated compartments, open-flat access and a MOLLE-style tool panel bring the organization logic of a larger professional aid bag into a compact 9.5 × 6.1 × 3.1 inch package. The removable labels let you change the system as the loadout changes.
BUILD THE KIT
YOU ACTUALLY NEED.
No predetermined loadout. No filler. Configure the Compact Aid Bag around your training, environment and needs — from a MARCH-focused trauma kit to a vehicle, range, field or comprehensive general-medical setup.
CONFIGURE IT AROUND
THE WAY YOU RESPOND.
The same six-compartment bag can become a very different medical kit depending on the user, environment and priorities. Choose the included label set, then organize the supplies around the way you actually use them.
Label the compartments for hemorrhage, airway, respirations, circulation, head/hypothermia and medications/PPE.
Combine bleeding control and airway gear with burns, medications, PPE, minor care and the tools you want in the vehicle.
Configure it for minor wounds, major wounds, orthopedics, medications, PPE and miscellaneous supplies.
Prioritize trauma care, tools and the supplies you train with without being locked into a fixed layout.
BUILT FROM REAL MEDICAL EXPERIENCE.
Designed by military emergency physicians with backgrounds in emergency medicine, EMS and special operations medicine. We felt too many compact aid bags forced a compromise between build quality and customizability. We wanted to rethink that — using durable materials and a simple removable-label system so the same bag can be configured, relabeled, refilled and rebuilt around the person carrying it.
ONE MEDICAL MODULE.
MULTIPLE WAYS TO CARRY IT.
The Aska 24L Pack is an everyday carry backpack first — built for work, travel and daily use — with a concealed dedicated medical compartment sized for the Compact Aid Bag. The idea is simple: your medical kit stays organized and with you by default, without turning your everyday pack into an obvious medical bag. Carry the Aid Bag on its own when needed, then dock the same module into the hidden compartment for everyday carry.
